Private Health Coaching

  • The medical system often only looks at one small piece of someone’s health at a time. Health Coaching is a collaborative process that honors the individual as a whole person. We will take a look at all areas of your health and life, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and even spiritual to get to the root of what may be causing health problems.

  • If you are someone who has been to specialist after specialist and never seems to feel listened to, then health coaching is for you! I will spend ample time getting to know you and getting to the bottom of what may be causing you to not feel at your best.

Workshops & Seminars

  • I offer interactive workshops and seminars that guide people to reconnect with their bodies, reframe limiting beliefs, and build daily habits that lead to improved health and wellness. Through a blend of movement, education, and mindset work, participants leave feeling grounded, inspired, and capable of lasting change.
